Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative



Location: ISLAND


Job Summary:


We seek enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Service Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales through effective communication and a strong understanding of our products and services. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Support:


 - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.


 - Drive sales by providing product knowledge, promotions, and upselling opportunities.


 - Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.



2. Customer Service:


 - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

 - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

 - Ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial inquiry to post-purchase support.



3. Relationship Building:


 - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

 - Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and inform product development.



4. Product Promotion:


 - Actively promote new products, services, and special offers to customers.

 - Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their purchase decisions.

 - Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.



5. Team Collaboration:


 - Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive customer and sales experience.

 - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

 - Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing sales strategies.



Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to understand and meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

- Proficiency in using sales and customer service software and tools.

- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
