Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

- Ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
3. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Product Promotion:
- Actively promote new products, services, and special offers to customers.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their purchase decisions.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive customer and sales experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
