Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers to resolve issues and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure every customer receives a positive experience through professional and courteous communication.
- Stay calm under pressure and handle complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Strong patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Polite, organized, and confident in customer interactions.
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and messaging tools.
- Proximity to Alimosho LGA is most preferred
