Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Requirements:
- This position is preferably open to a female candidate
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a customer service officer
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
