Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide software product support, including technical troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Remain calm under pressure, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Maintain a positive, confident, and upbeat personality in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions using a CRM software suite.
  • Pay keen attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Show passion for continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for service enhancement.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years in an inbound customer contact center.
  • 1-2 years of experience with software product support.
  • Prior experience using a CRM software suite.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, confident, upbeat, and friendly personality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Passionate about continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Fluency in American English is essential.
