Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Providing detailed information about products or services to customers and Sales
- Managing customer accounts, updating information, and processing transactions.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Working with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Must live around Utako market, Abuja.
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
