- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, following up as needed to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, aiming to turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solutions-oriented mindset to help customers overcome technical or transactional issues.
- Meticulous with user interactions, ensuring accurate information and follow-through on resolutions.
- Comfortable with digital platforms and able to quickly learn new tools or software.
- Able to handle inquiries with a calm, understanding approach to foster a positive customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
