Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers or visitors
• Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Receive client’s complaint/vehicles and recommend possible solutions as well as convince clients to carry out the recommendations.
• Work closely with service advisor to profile clients, inspect vehicles and prepare/deliver repair estimates for the recommended job, thereby achieving client satisfaction and profitability
• Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices.
• Answer outbound and inbound calls, chats and emails.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Manager with jobs assigned
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Prepare and send reports to the line manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 5 years of working experience
• Good communication skills
