Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Abuja. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in improving Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
  • Experience in e-commerce o is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field
