Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner and handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction maintain long-term relationships and identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize performance and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 - NGN 250,000
