Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.


Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience
  • Minimum of HND in any field of study
