Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative Intern, you will play a key role in assisting our customers by providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with SB Fumigation Services. This hybrid internship offers flexibility, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site, while gaining hands-on experience in customer service within the pest control industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with booking services, answering product or service-related questions, and providing general support.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
• Resolve complaints and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
• Follow up with customers after service delivery to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to provide seamless customer support.
• Assist in creating customer service reports and providing insights for improving service quality.
• Support the team in scheduling pest control appointments and managing customer expectations.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools.
• Interest in learning about the pest control industry and customer service operations.
• Ability to work both remotely and on-site as needed.
