Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- MS Suite Proficiency: Use Word, Excel, and other tools for record-keeping and reporting.
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, assist parents, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Social Media Management: Post frequent updates, engage with the online community, and respond to messages.
- Inventory Handling: Track office and school supplies, ensuring availability.
- Printing & Documentation: Manage printing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Communication: Ensuring Delivery of Messages from our Parents to appropriate recipients and vice versa.
- School Community Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.
- Customer Support: Address concerns, provide information, and escalate issues when necessary.
- General Administrative Tasks: Assist with school operations and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Minimum of OND
