Job Summary
A full fledge Investment Banking, Securities Trading, and Principal Investment Firm, with licenses from the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission and the Nigerian Stock Exchange, which provides a comprehensive range of investment banking and financial advisory services to private, public sector, corporate, and institutional clients have a need for an Associate. Employees will play a role in a wide variety of clients’ customer-related requests.

- Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' complaints, respond to their queries, and find solutions to their problems
- Check sort, acknowledge, and forward emails
- Ensure the client's KYC is being filed and arranged accordingly
- Treat and process withdrawal, sale, and buy mandate requests before forwarding them to the internal control
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken
- Follow up with the accounting department and the broker to ensure mandates are being executed
- Interact with prospective clients through phone calls and mail and give them information regarding our services
- Ensure clients update their accounts by filing a KYC update form and providing the necessary documents required.
- Ensure all client's KYC documents are being saved in a folder and data saved on Excel
- Liaise with the compliance officer in client account reconciliation
- Follow up with the compliance officer to ensure the client's certificates are dematerialized and reconciled on their CSCS.
- Assist our client in verifying their signature specimen for payment of dividends of the stocks they bought through MorganCapital.
- Follow up on client’s complaints and provide feedback adequately
- Answer incoming customers' calls regarding billing issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND Credit.
- Proven Customer Service Experience in a Stockbroking/ Finance Firm.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Should preferably be a lady.
