We are seeking to hire a customer care representative who will be responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
  • ⁠Providing detailed information about products or services to customers and Sales
  • Managing customer accounts, updating information, and processing transactions.
  • ⁠Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • ⁠Working with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery


Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • HND / BSc preferably
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
