Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Process orders and provide delivery updates.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
