The Customer Service Representative will assist in resolving issues, providing travel information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience. This role will require knowledge of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, and transport services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, flight schedules, transportation options, and tours.
- Assist customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and package tours.
- Provide detailed information on travel destinations, travel requirements (e.g., visas, vaccinations), and travel insurance options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, or booking errors.
- Guide customers through refund and compensation processes in cases of cancellations or delays.
- Maintain customer accounts, ensuring all travel documents, itineraries, and bookings are up to date.
- Follow up with customers after their trips to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback.
- Promote special deals, travel packages, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Use company CRM software and booking systems to manage customer interactions and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations (such as dealing with delayed or canceled travel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak travel seasons.
