Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about our products, including shoe sizes, materials, and customization options.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service improvements are implemented.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND certificate is required
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role
