Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding logistics services.
- Assist customers in understanding and using our logistics solutions, including shipment tracking and delivery management.
- Troubleshoot service-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives to maintain high-quality interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in help desk software and logistics management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Must reside close to Balogun, Lagos Island or Trade Fair for timely availability.
