Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms, providing accurate and helpful information regarding our properties, availability, rates, and booking procedures.
- Assist guests with the booking process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records and booking information in our database.
- Process cancellations, refunds, and other post-booking requests in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members (housekeeping, maintenance, property management) to ensure customer needs are met and properties are prepared for guest arrivals.
- Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to enhance guests’ experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with property availability, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries with efficiency and care.
- Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
