We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and prospective customers, providing top-notch service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every guest’s experience is positive from start to finish. We specialize in providing high-quality, short-term rental accommodations for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms, providing accurate and helpful information regarding our properties, availability, rates, and booking procedures.
  • Assist guests with the booking process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records and booking information in our database.
  • Process cancellations, refunds, and other post-booking requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members (housekeeping, maintenance, property management) to ensure customer needs are met and properties are prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to enhance guests’ experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with property availability, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries with efficiency and care.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
