Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions, gift card purchases, and digital payment processing.
  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring timely transaction processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information on crypto market trends, gift card options, and payment processing.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues using internal resources and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tech, compliance) to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Communicate resolution steps and follow-up with customers.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in crypto, finance, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital payments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills (e.g., CRM software, helpdesk tools).
  • HND/BSc from a reputable institution.
