Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at African Chops Limited, an agricultural export company, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your primary role will be to manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also handle customer complaints and feedback.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Handling: Receive and answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding agricultural products and export services. 
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product availability, order status, shipping details, and any other relevant inquiries.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing transactions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete for export procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively. Work with internal teams to resolve problems related to orders, deliveries, and product quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s agricultural products, export processes, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and processing of necessary documentation for export orders, including invoices, certificates, and shipping documents.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and proactive support. Help ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience
