Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters. Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies and approaches accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Customer service experience
- 3 years of experience
