Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels (phone, in-person)
  • Schedule appointments with clients and manage their calendar
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients via phone or email to ensure their needs are met
  • Send reminders and booking confirmations to clients
  • Generate and send invoices to clients via mail
  • Manage day-to-day office activities, including ensuring a smooth operation of the office
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential threats to the organization
  • Take inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed
  • Provide regular reports on office operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms
  • Edit and post content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency
  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular social media analytics to track performance and adjust content strategy accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the organization


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
