Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels (phone, in-person)
- Schedule appointments with clients and manage their calendar
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients via phone or email to ensure their needs are met
- Send reminders and booking confirmations to clients
- Generate and send invoices to clients via mail
- Manage day-to-day office activities, including ensuring a smooth operation of the office
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential threats to the organization
- Take inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed
- Provide regular reports on office operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Create engaging content for all social media platforms
- Edit and post content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular social media analytics to track performance and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
