Job Summary
We seek to recruit a customer service staff to handle front desk duties and other assigned roles. Computer Literacy is a must.
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
- Handle customer requests and enquires
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- File and update contact information of customers and all other documentation as they arise.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and account openings
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Must be able to use MS Word and Excel and be computer literate
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate and be able to efficiently use MS Word and MS Excel.
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND/B.Sc
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Must be courteous
- Good in spoken English
