Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer service team and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related prefer
  • 2-3 years of customer service or related management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with customer service software (such as CRM) and office software
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in team management, able to guide and motivate the team
  • Excellent presentation skills
