Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and assign daily workload to the customer service team
- Supervise the team in providing excellent and outstanding services to customers.
- Ensure the team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and developing a customer-focused environment.
- Organize job training for the team to meet departmental objectives.
- Coordinates the team in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated and complex customer issues on time.
- Deliver world-class services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely responses to meet their expectations.
- Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
- Analyze appropriate client statistics and compile accurate reports
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Coordinates a seamless interface between the Laboratory, business development teams and the healthcare consultants
Requirements:
- 4 years experience
- Degree from a reputable institution
- Excellent communication skills
- Good people management
