Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and assign daily workload to the customer service team
  • Supervise the team in providing excellent and outstanding services to customers.
  • Ensure the team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and developing a customer-focused environment.
  • Organize job training for the team to meet departmental objectives.
  • Coordinates the team in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve escalated and complex customer issues on time.
  • Deliver world-class services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely responses to meet their expectations.
  • Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze appropriate client statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Coordinates a seamless interface between the Laboratory, business development teams and the healthcare consultants


Requirements:

  • 4 years experience
  • Degree from a reputable institution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good people management
