Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the customer service team to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer service indicators, optimize service processes, and improve service quality.
  • Train and guide the customer service representatives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management, or related majors.
  • More than 1 year of experience in customer service or related management positions, experience in multinational companies or overseas markets preferred.
  • Proficient in using customer service management systems, team management, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
