Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through product selection, swapping options, repair services, and provide information on product features, pricing, promotions, and swap eligibility.
- Recommend additional products or upgrades, and inform customers of promotions, new arrivals, and relevant accessories.
- Assist customers with placing orders, swap requests, repair bookings, and processing exchanges or returns.
- Explain the swap process, facilitate smooth swap transactions, and ensure device condition checks, and trade-in values.
- Coordinate repair services for customers, provide repair status updates, and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and resolve swap/repair-related questions with patience and empathy physically or online via social media.
- Perform daily stock counts, verify inventory records, and report discrepancies.
- Record customer interactions, track common issues, and prepare daily reports.
- Collect customer feedback, report recurring issues, and suggest service improvements.
- Work closely with team members and departments to ensure smooth order, swap, and repair processing.
- Stay updated on new products, swapping/repair policies, and company promotions.
- Attend to social media inquiries, and respond promptly to messages, comments, and reviews.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
