Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers by guiding them through the setup process and training them on how to use the product effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide accurate product or service information.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with client retention and relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
