Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • First point of call for all bookings and reservations inquiries.
  • Ensure that you capture sales by effectively progressing your inquiries into confirmed reservations. 
  • Provide appropriate options to inquiring customers by understanding their requirements
  • Empathize with customers' needs and steer them towards our available properties to encourage them to make good bookings with us.
  • Help their colleagues to achieve collective success by surpassing all targets while using their initiative to look beyond and strive to achieve 



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hospitality reservations experience either in a hotel setting or serviced apartments (serviced accommodation).
  • Bachelor's degree, degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or real estate industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and TripAdvisor.
  • Sound knowledge of the function and working of a channel manager.
  • Ability to suggest and plan itineraries for customers.
  • Excellent record keeping and excellent ability to follow processes correctly.
  • Strong experience working with Property Management Software and payment processing software.
  • Demonstrable experience in addressing customer queries, responding to reviews, and challenging negative OTA reviews.
  • Knowledge of creating and updating listings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Telephone manners and very good spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in a team and use of collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office

  • The successful candidate must be ready to start immediately, with the appropriate tools and equipment (fast and stable internet connection, laptop, headset and private workspace).
  • Top-level candidates will have strong experience in report writing for management using appropriate tools, team leadership and leading
  • team meetings
