Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound client communication via calls, emails, and social media.
- Assist customers with property listings, pricing, and purchasing/rental processes.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a HND in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage.
