Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Address customer questions and concerns related to logistics services via phone, email, or chat promptly.
- Help customers understand and utilize our logistics solutions, including tracking shipments and managing deliveries.
- Analyze and troubleshoot service-related problems, coordinating with other teams to implement solutions.
- Collect and report customer feedback on our logistics services to improve operations and customer experience.
- Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives to ensure high-quality customer support.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in customer support, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Familiarity with help desk software and logistics management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be computer literate and reside close to the company for timely assistance.
