Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and account verification.
- Provide information about our sports betting and casino products, promotions, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting the Nigerian market.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
