Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Customer Support Attendant to undertake all receptionist and administrative duties at our Ikoyi fulfillment centre. You will be the first point of contact, interfacing with all visitors of the company. The ideal candidate must carry on an attitude that is confident, respectful, friendly, and easy-going.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Keep the fulfillment centre organized and presentable.
- Review itinerary for the day.
- Keep stock of all company properties, supplies and utilities, and raise requisitions as necessary.
- Attend to all inquiries (phone, messages or in-person) and redirect as appropriate.
- Prepare and submit invoices for review.
- Monitor office expenses.
- Manage schedules and logistics.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Prepare routine reports.
- Take up other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably lives in the axis of Obalende, Ikoyi, Victoria Island or Lekki.
- Well mannered, decent looking and articulate
- Must have a remarkable attitude towards work.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Understand how to administer basic work place routines.
- Possess good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Possess basic data entry skills.
- Proficient use of Excel.
- Good inter personal communication and people skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related discipline.
