Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email, phone, and chat.
- Track, manage, and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain and update support documentation and FAQs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive user experience.
- Assist in the onboarding of agents, parents, and educational institutions.
- Conduct demo sessions to showcase our products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of new clients.
- Support the sales team in managing client relationships and following up.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Currently serving as a corp member.
- Must have a functioning laptop
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not required.
