Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the customer support team to ensure high-quality service. 
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 
  • Track performance metrics and set team goals to enhance service delivery. 
  • Manage customer support software and tools to streamline operations. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.  


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. 
  • Proven leadership and team management experience. 
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and CRM systems. 
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
