Responsibilities:

- Record customer issues and coordinate solutions with the technical team
- Write FAQs and customer support guides
- Provide product training to help customers familiarize themselves with the SCADA system
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a good attitude
- Those with basic knowledge of IT or software are preferred
