Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and online chat
  • Record customer issues and coordinate solutions with the technical team
  • Write FAQs and customer support guides
  • Provide product training to help customers familiarize themselves with the SCADA system


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a good attitude
  • Those with basic knowledge of IT or software are preferred
