As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-day tasks will involve handling customer inquires, resolving issues or complaints, assisting customers with their service needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries, promptly over emails, calls, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to address complex queries.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and assist customers with account-related inquiries.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers.
  • Customer service representative, customer support, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to speak more than one Nigerian major language is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Degree in English and communication studies or a related field.
