Cyber Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee cyber security course curriculum for various program durations 
• Coordinate with faculty, industry experts, and stakeholders to design programs that meet market demands and educational objectives.
• Manage the development of course materials, including detailed outlines, brochures, and learner-focused content.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring quality delivery and learner satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to align programs with industry trends and provide learners with networking opportunities.
• Create articles and social media content to promote cybersecurity programs and engage prospective students.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive enrollment and awareness of cybersecurity programs.
• Develop strategies to integrate cyber security topics into broader business courses, fostering a comprehensive approach to education.
• Stay updated on cyber security trends, technologies, and pedagogical methods to ensure programs remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 2+ years managing educational programs
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts
• Excellent curriculum development skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage faculty, learners, and industry partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
