We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our fertility clinic team, working closely with doctors, nurses, and the embryology lab. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing patient data from various sources, including electronic health records (EHR), laboratory reports, and clinical observations.
- Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and embryologists to understand clinical requirements and ensure data-driven support for patient care.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track patient progress, treatment success rates, and lab performance.
- Identifying trends and patterns in patient data, contributing to ongoing research, and improving fertility treatment protocols.
- Assisting in the development of predictive models to optimize patient treatment plans and improve success rates.
- Ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with health data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to clinical teams to enhance patient care and optimize clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Strong background in data analysis.
- Microsoft Office package and Google suite.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical settings and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with statistical software and data visualization tools and an understanding of fertility treatments is a plus.
