We are looking to hire a Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to extract valuable insights and support strategic decision-making, with a strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and programming.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and advanced analytics tools.
- Interpret data and identify patterns, trends, and correlations to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support analysis and reporting and to identify trends and patterns.
- Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data requirements for business projects and initiatives and to deliver insights.
- Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement solutions and improve data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and apply them to enhance analysis processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data management and analysis processes and workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a portfolio of clients and projects that is quickly growing.
- Proficient in the use of SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Python/R, Advanced Level Excel, Jupyter Notebook, and SAS
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and data visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven communication and presentation skill
- Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a data-intensive or analytics-driven environment.
- Strong academic records from a top-tier institution
- Experienced in statistical modelling and possessing strong knowledge of advanced Excel features is desired.
