We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Tutor to help professionals and aspiring analysts deepen their understanding of data analytics. In this role, you will guide individuals in mastering essential data analysis skills, from data cleaning and visualization to advanced analytics and machine learning concepts. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and resources.
• Teach fundamental and advanced concepts in data analysis, including data cleaning, manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Instruct learners on tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to learners, ensuring they gain hands-on experience with real-world data.
• Assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and assist with career preparation, including resume reviews and interview coaching for data roles.
• Stay updated with current data analysis trends and technologies to maintain course relevance.

Requirements

• Experience: Must have both teaching and working experience minimum of 3+ years as a Data Analyst.
• Work experience should be in any of these industries specifically: Finance, Healthcare, Tech and Commerce
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is essential.
• Knowledgeable about securing a job in the field.
• An up-to-date portfolio as a Data Analyst
• Be able to provide learners with access to raw data for practice.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel and Python for data analysis.
• Expertise in SQL for database management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and any relevant industry standard tools for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modelling, and analytical techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
