Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to gather data from various sources.
- Collaborate with data analysts, machine learning engineers, and product teams to understand data requirements.
- Implement, optimize, and manage data warehousing solutions using cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ensure the reliability, integrity, and consistency of our data systems and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data security, integrity, and access.
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and building scalable data architectures.
- 3+ years as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in data architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL, and Python, and experience with big data tools such as Spark or Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
- Solid experience building and managing ETL workflows.
