Your role...

In day-to-day data operations, you'll be a key player in shaping business and data strategy. To be considered...

You should have

- Bachelor's in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or a related Scientific major.

- Data Analytics knowledge with 5+ years of experience in the field.

- Management mastery with 2+ years of management experience leading a Data Engineering team.

- Experience with Data Modeling, including RDBMS and Schemaless models.

- Cloud prowess demonstrating familiarity with cloud platforms like DataStudio or Tableau for deploying analytics solutions.

- Strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset, with a commitment to statistical correctness.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Passion about payment products and a curious mind ready to deep dive.

- Expertise with SQL, familiarity with Python or R.
