Job Description/Requirements

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry and Content Administrator to manage and upload information about universities, academic programs, hotels, and visa requirements onto our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data organization, basic content management, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Content Upload:
    • Add and update detailed information about universities, programs, hotels, and visa requirements onto our platform.
    • Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and formatted to meet company standards.
  • Database Maintenance:
    • Regularly review and audit uploaded content for consistency and accuracy.
    • Remove outdated or incorrect information and replace it with the most current data.
  • Research and Verification:
    • Conduct online research to source reliable information about institutions, accommodations, and visa guidelines.
    • Verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy before uploading.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the development team to resolve any technical issues related to content upload.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure content aligns with the company’s offerings and updates.
  • User Experience Optimization:
    • Format and categorize information logically to enhance platform navigation and user experience.
    • Recommend improvements to how information is presented or structured based on user feedback.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain records of all uploaded content, including sources and version history for audit purposes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, content management, or a similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel, content management systems (CMS), and online research tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with education, travel, or visa-related industries is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or database management is an advantage.
