The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management:
- Collect, input, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors.
Data Processing & Analysis:
- Process raw data and convert it into usable formats.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports as required.
- Assist in data visualization and presentation using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
System & Software Utilization:
- Use data processing software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or specialized database tools.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and confidentiality standards.
- Support automation of data processing tasks to improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with other departments to provide necessary data support.
- Assist IT teams with troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Participate in data-driven projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in data processing, data entry, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with data management systems such as SQL, Power BI, or other data processing tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Knowledge of basic programming (Python, R, or SQL) for data processing.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management.
