JOB OBJECTIVE:

Our Client, a leading company in the technology sector with focus on Data & Machine Learning, is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join their innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that harness the power of data science and machine learning to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science methodologies, with hands-on experience in building predictive models and delivering actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

·Develop and implement various statistical models, including forecast, projection, time series, revenue, and regression models to support business objectives.

·Design and build data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, and Matplotlib to communicate insights effectively.

·Present technical concepts and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·Support the development of data infrastructure and pipelines to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in analyses.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic goals.

·Continuously enhance analytical models and techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENT

·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in the capacity of a Data Scientist.

·Proven experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and insights generation.

·Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, and Matplotlib.

·Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

·Experience building statistical models, including forecasting, time series, and regression models.

·Experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.

·Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.

· Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

NB: The role is fully on-site, and proximity to the workplace is essential
