Job Title: Training and Special Projects Specialist

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary



Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this position is responsible for supporting training, special projects and operations. This includes coordinating day-to-day training activities, managing projects or project deliverables relating to new training.



Job Responsibilities



Coordinate and deliver training-related activities for all employees

Create required training programs as required by business needs.

Assure that all Training records are filled out properly and completely.

Drive the adoption of the use of the e-learning platform (Development Centre and Harvard manage Mentor).

Have full knowledge of the number of available courses and programs in the eLearning plans available to the high level of expertise required.

Responsible for the coordination of the new hire onboarding and training process



Job Requirements



BSc in Human Resources or relevant fields.

5 - 7 years of related experience in training and communication within the HR field.

Should be able to travel within the country as required.









Salary

N850,000 - N1,500,000 monthly (Negotiable).
