Delivery Agent

Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages from the designated location and deliver them to customers safely and within the agreed-upon time.
  
• Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
  
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery times, potential delays, or changes in delivery plans.
  
• Handle packages with care and in accordance with handling guidelines.
  
• Ensure that delivery documents are completed and signed as needed.
  
• Collect payment (if necessary) and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
  
• Work collaboratively with the logistics team to improve delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
  
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines while performing deliveries.
  
• Report any issues, such as traffic accidents, delivery complications, or damaged goods to the company immediately.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license or access to a reliable vehicle, bike, or other transportation methods suited for deliveries.
  
• Strong knowledge of the local delivery area and routes.
  
• Good physical condition and ability to handle light to medium-weight packages.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems on the go.
  
• Experience in delivery or logistics is a plus but not required.
