Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage demonstration plots to showcase AgroGreen Organic Fertilizer.
- Organize field activities and community events to demonstrate product effectiveness.
- Gather and document feedback, testimonials, and data from plots.
- Promote cooperative memberships and fertilizer adoption through plot activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in agriculture, extension services, or community development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage rural communities effectively.
- Academic qualification: A minimum of OND in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed payments for plot setup and maintenance.
- Attractive performance-based commissions tied to product sales and cooperative memberships.
- Estimated Earnings: ₦50,000 - ₦150,000 monthly (depending on performance).
